Grace encourages discussions of the day’s most critical issues while focusing on Respect, Literacy and Sense of Community. In doing so, she is able to show today's youth their potential for today and tomorrow. It’s proven when programs are personalized & music is added, people respond in a more positive manner. Literacy leads to a feeling of self-worth, increasing overall Respect for self and others. These positive relationships are critical for us as a society, going forward. Neighborhoods are cemented and strong bonds are formed. Ultimately, Literacy and Respect go hand - in hand. Educating our Youth, both in and out of the classroom, pay significant dividends.

Grace Birch is a speaker, mentor, and author who works with students and communities to help individuals recognize their value and step forward with courage and purpose.
Earlier in her career, Grace served as the Manager of Training for Southwest Airlines in Dallas, Texas, where she developed leadership and communication programs.

Grace Birch is a speaker, mentor, and author who works with students and communities to help individuals recognize their value and step forward with courage and purpose.
Earlier in her career, Grace served as the Manager of Training for Southwest Airlines in Dallas, Texas, where she developed leadership and communication programs.
Her life took a new direction when her 3lb. puppy, named Otto Von Schnoodle, inspired her to begin a journey focused on compassion, confidence, and helping others feel truly seen.
Grace went on to author The Adventures of Otto Von Schnoodle, a children’s book series inspired by Otto’s message of kindness and empathy.
Grace has worked for many years developing and facilitating youth programs for HUD Housing, and more recently with Lee County Sheriff’s Office, at local schools & libraries, helping young people build confidence, responsibility & leadership skills.
Through her presentations and workshops, Grace shares what she calls The Otto Principle — the idea that when people feel seen and supported, they discover strengths they never knew they had.
